Can A broker Dealer Represent clients in Real Estate Transactions much like an agent?

If I have a series 7 and 63 license and the realestate transaction is simple can i represent clients under my brokers license?

    yes but you cannot get paid in the transaction as you are not a realtor. That take another exam to pass

    No, you have to have a real estate license and work for a real estate broker.

    You need a realty license from the Department of Real Estate. The only exception is selling your own properties..
