How much is it in the state of Massachusets?

Yes it is two seperate fees.

You 1st pay for the school which is about $200 maybe more or less depending on the school if you pass the real estate test then they set you to take the test to get your license and you have to pay what ever the fees are to get your licence which stays in your office once you get a broker.

You can call any broker office and inquire that is how I got my information.

The classes are $250.00 and $50.00 per test, if you fail one you can take it again and again until you pass, but it is $50.00 each time. Once you pass the license is free, or included however you want to think of it. But that is in the State of Michigan, in another state it might be different.
