any ideas what kind of jobs??
im working for an office as a loan agent..but have no clients..as i can’t get them approved…with the economy..and dont really like the “sales” part as a real estate…sorry ..
any idea??
Nearly any real estate broker, especially during these times of market not being what it was 2 years ago, are willing to allow their agents to work from home. I’m an agent, and in my area, I know Re/max, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, and USA-1 all allow their agents to work both parttime and from home.
I know you don’t like the “sales part” but there is very little chance a loan company (especially with as many as have gone under in the last few months) will allow you to work from home.
The person above me is confused as well as being incorrect. I believe your question was not if you could do loans from home, but what could you do with your license other than loans, but still at home, as most mortgage comapnies DO ALLOW you to work from home.
I believe I answered this question already … property management if you want to use your license but not sell, or anything else you choose if you don’t want to use it. And no, you cannot do property management from home, unless it’s your property you are managing, and that does not make much sense now does it?
Ant what loans can’t you get approved? Contact me and maybe I can help.
Your state will probably allow you to refer potential real estate customers to other agents so that you can at least get a referral fee.
Otherwise, and I don’t mean to be too terribly rude, you don’t stand a snowball’s chance of being successful. No, you cannot sit inside on your rear and expect clients to come banging on the door for your services.
And the excuse that you can’t get clients approved because of the economy has more to do with your clients than the economy. Are all of your clients unable to be approved, or are all of your clients too high in debt?
For you, find a job that pays either an hourly, daily or weekly wage. Sales is hard, yet rewarding work.
Reach towards the high branches on the tree! That’s where the fruit is!
We could show you how to use the current “not approved” clients thru our proven methods without feeling like you are “selling” anything!!
