For example this house in Beverly Hills : It says selling price 13,500 usd ! there are other houses like that too, its quite unbelievable. prolly is montly rental price ????

This is probably one of those bidding sites. People bid on the house and it will eventually gor for millions of dollars. Either that, or it’s a rental.
