Is Spring Hill, Brisbane a save place to live?

Hi,
I’m moving to Brisbane with my wife and daughter in April and we’ve been looking for temp rentals only for 3 months until our household goods arrive.
We’ve found some good modern appartments in Spring Hill

Is Spring Hill a good area? As I’ve been told its pretty seedy at night although depends exactly where. Is it ok for a family for 3 months!

Spring Hill is a nice place to live. Its very close to the city and yes, like any suburb it can be seedy at night but Ive never heard any bad stories coming from there.
I think you’ll like it.
Spring hill is an inner city suburb.
It is now becoming a comercial area but still has old houses etc.
if you are toward Fortitude valley then that gets a bit rough at night.
it used to be cheap lodging years ago.
But if you work in brisbane city it is really close
