looking for the best real estate company to work for in northern new jersey!?

I am looking at getting my realestate license as an additional source of income. I am looking for a company that offers a great real estate training program and treats new agents with respect as well as helping them out a little in the beginning… I dont want to be in a sink or swim company. Please help any advice or contacts would be helpful
This is the worst time to get your license. Many experienced brokers are having trouble finding work. You probably wont get hired anywhere this year or next year.
