It can be completed in less than 3 months or if you wanna be quick about it, less than a month with classes twice a week.
It needs to be harder to keep on the serious at heart in the business.
Some people take it and pass the first time, yet they can’t produce results. Clients, sales, listings, completed transactions, etc. You need to actually close deals to get paid and many agents are gone before they complete their first 6 months to a year.
So to answer your question, it’s hard if you are working longer hours and you are hungry to get business. Ask anyone that’s successful in this business and if they are making money, then they won’t say it’s easy. You have to have your heart in it. Good luck….
