What do you think will happen to real estate values over next 3-5 years in Pennsylvania?

I have 1 rental / investment property in LansdalePennsylvania. I keep hearing that we are going to enter a period of inflation.
What do you think will happen to realestate values over next 3-5 years?
Will they go up or down even more?
AI ask because I am tempted to just sell the property. If I sell now I will break even and be free of a headache. But, I don’t want to regret not holding onto it for a while if values will rise significantly over next five years.

What should I do

  1. zeuz says:

Inflation driven by high government debt and high unemployment will have a negative impact on real estate values.

  2. kemperk says:

in all cities that are neither politically or environmentally messed up, RE will go up in value
