We are moving to the Grand Junction area in the next week and a half & I am trying to find listings of houses for sale by owner ..priced between 100,000 & 175,000 dollars…. Where can I find such listings? We have a realestate agent already.. so please no soliciters.. I just wanted to do some research of my own too & see if I can find something she didn’t….
